  • I help PE-owned and growth companies scale revenue fast—without losing control. I build repeatable GTM execution (process, pipeline, pricing, enablement) and step in as interim commercial leadership when needed.

  • Interim CSO, Maven Wireless (Global Sales): Lead global sales across EMEA/APAC/US, sharpen positioning and sales playbooks, improve forecast accuracy and partner execution in complex deal cycles.

  • Advised on non-performing loan (NPL) transactions for top-tier retail financial clients in the Nordics.

  • Established a Nordic franchise with NPL Markets, enhancing digital debt sale processes through a fintech SaaS platform, resulting in 1.3 B SEK in business volume in 2020.

  • Grew revenue from 17M SEK to 240M SEK over three years, launching greenfield operations and establishing strategic partnerships across the Nordics.

  • Recognized as “Top Sales Team” for two consecutive years (6 countries evaluated), reflecting outstanding team performance and sales growth.

  • Managed high-performance sales teams and launched a SaaS automated pre-collection service, achieving an EBITDA margin of 62%.

  • Launched a new payment platform generating 130M SEK in its first year, overseeing the rollout across the Nordics.
